Delete Your NV Account
You can delete your NV account and all personal information associated with it in two ways.
1. Delete from inside the NV app
Open NV, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your profile, assessment history, chat history, subscription records, and authentication credentials are removed from our production systems within thirty days. Backup copies containing deleted data expire within one hundred eighty days.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email nicktogle@me.com from the email address associated with your NV account. Include the email address on file. We will verify your identity and complete deletion within thirty days.
What gets deleted
Profile information, assessment responses and results, archetype and persona data, chat history with the NV companion, subscription records, and authentication credentials. Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained for product research.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google
Deleting your NV account ends your use of the service. If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must also cancel the subscription in that store to stop future billing. Authentic Life cannot cancel in-store subscriptions on your behalf.
