Delete Your Klimt Account
You can delete your Klimt account and all personal information associated with it in two ways.
1. Delete from inside the Klimt app
Open Klimt, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your profile, conversation history, voice recordings, imported assessment data, subscription records, and authentication credentials are removed from our production systems within thirty days. Backup copies containing deleted data expire within one hundred eighty days.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email nicktogle@me.com from the email address associated with your Klimt account. Include the email address on file. We will verify your identity and complete deletion within thirty days.
What gets deleted
Profile information, conversations with Klimt, voice recordings, imported assessment data from linked products such as NV or nudaLabs, onboarding responses and persona selections, session continuity records, subscription records, and authentication credentials. Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained for product research.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google
Deleting your Klimt account ends your use of the service. If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must also cancel the subscription in that store to stop future billing. Authentic Life cannot cancel in-store subscriptions on your behalf.
